Human Resource

Sarvodaya Sewa Ashram has a team of committed human resource base, always eager to work for the target community. This includes people from various backgrounds and include both the professionals and activists.

Most of the personnel of SSA are deputed in the field, while very few staff members are stationed in offices. The offices are located at three places: Bedi Pulia, Bargarh and Baberu. These offices handle three different projects, while the office at Bedi Pulia also acts as coordination office.

SSA provides an enriching experience to its staff members. Considerable opportunities are provided to the staffers to enhance their qualifications and capacities. Regular training for capacity development are organised in house. Promising staffers are also sent to training and resource institutions across the country.
