Entire Bundelkhand suffers from mountains of problems. An idea of the enormity of the problems can be had from Operational Area, the Past of Bargarh and Where Water Has Gone. After careful strategic decision, Sarvodaya Sewa Ashram decided to intervene in seven thematic areas:
